• Paxlovid treatment for those who have COVID symptoms Vaccines Call For Appointment Medical Medical We provide care for acute needs and chronic conditions, such as diabetes, HIV and Hepatitis C. Service include lab work, radiology, preventive care, specialty referrals and health education. Pediatric Pediatric From birth through age 18, LACHC offers comprehensive care to children, from routine examinations and immunizations to advanced prevention and treatment of diseases. Dental Dental We provide a full range of dental services, such as cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and full and partial dentures. Pharmacy Pharmacy LACHC runs a fully licensed pharmacy in collaboration with the USC School of Pharmacy Clinical Pharmacy Program, dispensing more than 2000 prescriptions per month. Mental Health Mental Health Our licensed therapists and doctoral interns offer individual and group therapies and psychosocial rehab, treating depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis and other important mental health conditions. Recovery Substance Abuse Treatment LACHC’s multi-pronged approach to treating substance use includes group and individual therapy, our “Hope Central” psychosocial rehab program, and Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid dependence. Optometry Optometry Patients have access to a range of optometry care, including eye exams and treatment of various eye conditions, such as glaucoma. Prescription eyeglasses also are available. Outreach Outreach Our outreach staff go out into our community to get to know our neighbors and help them get to know us! Through health fairs, door-to-door efforts, and collaboration with local service providers, they link hundreds of people to healthcare services each year . Street Team Street Medicine Our providers and nurses working on “C3” and “E6” teams provide street-based medical care throughout numerous areas including Skid Row, Civic Center, Little Tokyo, the Metro Red Line train and stations, and all of SPA 7 (the eastern portion of LA County). Intensive Care Management Intensive Case Management LACHC provides ICM Services through contract with Dept of Health Services “Housing for Health” program. Our staff navigate their clients from homelessness into permanent housing and do whatever it takes to keep them housed and well. Enrollment Care Coordination Our care coordinators come alongside our patients and assist with a myriad of critical needs including health education, chronic disease management, food, transportation, benefits, temporary housing, permanent housing, and linkage to other social service agencies Enrollment LACHC provides education and enrollment assistance for a spectrum of coverage options, including MediCal, Medicare, Covered California, CHDP, My Health LA, and more. We work to find our patients the program that is right for them.

LACHC operates two full-time clinics
as well as eight part-time clinics.
